CUBAN RHYTHMS N’ GROOVES

January 28-29

Christina Monneron, dancer, teacher, performer and pioneer of introducing Cuban rhythms revolution in Australia.

Christina is an “accidental” medical scientist who made a major discovery of her true passions not in the lab as one may think, but in Afro-Cuban rhythms while working as a Pharmacologist in Sweden of all places!! This led her on an
incredible journey of self-discovery through a deep connection to the spirituality of Cuba, brought to the island by African slaves, the soul of her ancestors.

Christina is an amazing teacher of the Afro-Cuban world of dance and spirituality, her Goddess lessons are extremly uplifting and enlightening. Be prepared to be taken on a trip into the awesome realm of Cuba and invoke the goddess inside!!

dances such as Salsa further allowed Christina to develop her teaching methods to inspire both men and women to truly connect to each other as well as to the hypnotic, sensual Cuban music.

Christina will be conducting some fantastic, full of fun and entertaining workshops throughout the week-end.

These must not be missed workshops, will give you the true insight of the rhythms, timing, and musicality of the complex musical sauce known to the world as Salsa, as well as intimate connection to the partner and useful lead and follow techniques.
